Misadventures in Martial Arts

I have been so busy that I just finally realized its been since last year when I edited this!!
Well its been pretty much same old same old. I did get my second degree black belt in karate and my first degree in ju jitsu.
Two weeks ago this past Monday, my Sensei broke his right leg while sparring. He was wearing sparring boots that had suede on the bottom. When he went to kick his opponent tried to sweep his set leg and it didn't move, so *snap* . OUCH! He's ok, his leg is in a cast and he still teaches a little, just no rough stuff at this time. Hopefully things will be ok.
Well, time to go see what else I need to do. Till next time!

If you are patient in one moment of anger, you will escape a hundred days of sorrow.To me this makes a lot of sense. How many of us have said or done something in a moment of anger that we wish we could take back? To me that is what this means. Something to think about. Have a good one everyone!
